Based in Wiltshire, Artway has 20 years experience in providing quality art supplies at competitive prices. We are well known for our own brand sketchbooks and for supplying art materials to the education sector. From schools through to Universities, and from individual students through to course packs, we have many long term relationships built on our quality products combined with our personal, friendly and efficient service.

What makes us different from so many art supplies companies is that we are owned by an individual whose background is totally art based, including training and working as an art teacher. Working within the art and design teaching profession together with other artists, craftspeople and designers we like to think that we understand your needs more fully and therefore offer more than just a one-stop shop.

Delivery

FREE Carriage throughout mainland UK (excludes Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland) where the order value is more than £75. For orders of less than £75 shipping will be charged at £7.50

Outside of this geographical area carriage is charged at cost. Please contact us before ordering if you require delivery outside of these areas.

Goods will normally be dispatched within 2 working days of your order being received (subject to availability). If in the unlikely event goods fail to arrive on time please contact us on 01225 811317.

Terms and Conditions

Payment: We accept all major credit and debit cards. Wholesale customers who wish to set up an account are offered 30 day terms with official orders. Please contact us to discuss. VAT is charged at the standard rate. The title of goods does not pass to the purchaser until payment has been made in full to the vendor, any monies received by the purchaser following the sale of such goods or any part of them by the purchaser, shall be held by the purchaser on trust, for the vendor.

Damaged/pilfered goods: You must claim in writing against the carriers for any goods damaged or pilfered within 3 days of receipt of goods. We strongly recommend that you also show the parcels to the carrier and sign for the goods as damaged, otherwise a claim may be invalid.

Return of goods: You have the right to cancel your contract with us within seven days of receipt of your goods. We regret that returned goods cannot be accepted without prior authorisation. Please contact us on 01225 811317 to arrange the return of your goods and to receive your refund. The goods must be in a resalable condition for full credit allowance.
